Exhaustion Sucks

Off to my 20 minute walk for the day. I'm thinking of going to the gym later maybe for just circuit training or maybe just a 20 minute stationary bike session. I'm not feeling up to doing a whole lot today. I've already burned 4,000+ calories for the week. We'll see how I'm feeling a little bit later.... Hope everyone is doing well.

    You're doing great... I understand wanting to take a break. Sometimes we need a break to keep ourselves from getting worn out &/or burnt out. Take a day off once in a while to give your body muscles time to recover and then get back in there and work out.

    good attitude. i also work out by how i'm feeling . usually go to the gym today but because of the weather my knee is killing me,so i will work out with light weights at home. if i go to the gym i will be tempted to work out heavy so since i walk 10 miles at my job everyday i am going easy on knee. i walked the dog 30 minutes instead of the regular 60 and walked slow.yeah i was tired and achy but once i got going was glad i did it.great with the 4000 calories but i'm going to challenge you to do more. i know you can do it.keep up the good work. emoticon emoticon emoticon
