I have had a full and crazy day. It started with prayer group with two young moms. After that I managed to do laundry, paint in the bathroom and various other household tasks. Then at 4:20 my friend called to see if I was okay because I didn't show for a prayer time I had scheduled with she and another friend!!! Yikes! So, I jumped in the car and we met and had a wonderful prayer time. Back home to make us some dinner. After dinner our friend creating our website came to help us get started. He just left and I still have several things to get done before I can fall into bed.

So...mood today on this 12 day count down is: rushed, anxious and tired

Food intake today:
breakfast: 2 doughnuts
lunch: a slice of cheese and a bowl of Corn checks with Milk
Dinner: tuna salad on white bread and corn chips
snacks: 2 chocolate chip cookies and low fat popcorn

terrible on the water and too much caffeine

Tomorrow is yet another crazy day...but I am grocery shopping and will purchase some better food!!! I promise!!!

Father God, I ask for my friend Michelle, a peaceful day, clarity for the task laid before her just for today. I place her and her family into your hands. Where there is anxiety, give them peace of heart. Where there is concern, I ask the Holy Spirit to give them comfort as they look to You for both direction, which they know where they are going. Be with her kids and grand kids. Keep all of them out of harms way. In Your Precious Name. Amen.

I remember when I was in h.s. youth group. Before the end of each meeting we said to one another, "May the Lord watch between me and thee while we are absent one from another." Teach your grand children that, it does bring peace and a sense of comfort.

    God bless you Michelle!!!
