Getting stronger

Joined the Quickfire team and it's been a big help. Love the challenges, I'm doing things I only thought about. I haven't done any Leslie Sansone DVD's since Scooter came into our lives. Walking him about 3 miles a day. My work will be slow for awhile and I hope to get back in the groove. Walk him in AM and then 3 days a week do Leslie and 3 days swim. You know what road is paved with good intentions but I will do my best.
