Just Call me Forest!

I am a running fool and I LOVE IT! Running has never felt so good! My 5K is down to 31 minutes and 40 seconds...I'm hoping to be under 30 minutes within the next week. Stay at the 30 min mark for at least 3-5 runs...then move up in distance! I know I can do it. I would like to participate in a few 5K's this summer and if running keeps going this well I'll be in some 10K's by the end of the summer.

My roommate from college just asked me if I wanted to do a 1/2 marathon hike in September....I told her...sign me up...sound like a good time!

I really love feeling like this. I just need to remember this feeling on those days where it is just a bit harder to make myself go to the gym, because there are not too many feelings better than this. At least that I have experienced in my life yet!!!
