Working hard at improving my eating habits and exercise. About a month ago I was barely drinking four cups of water and not exercising. Now, here I am drinking 8 glasses of water a day, and today I got 60 minutes of exercise - 30 on treadmill and 30 walking.
I do have some lower back pain today starting this afternoon and I'm not sure what is up with that. Seems like I'm getting more and more back pain. Don't know what is causing it. Posture? Way I sleep? Straining lower back doing something?
