Just Had To Push...

So yesterday started off as what seem to be a good day. I woke up 30mins early so I decided to get some exercise in before work and I felt great and energized. This felt good to me because I am not a morning person so I am always groggy, but not this morning. So I get to work and the day is still going good no major issues going on at work, and I managed to walk 1 ½ mile walk on two 15min breaks, I’m doing good. But why did it have to start raining, thundering, and lightening. There’s something about that type of weather that just makes me lazy and sleepy. But I managed to still eat a dinner that was in compliance with my diet and do the sweetsuit to swimsuit bootcamp day 3 videos (which was not that hard because it was done in the house. But the rain is still coming down and hard now…I know I need to make it to the gym but now my body just fill relax and lump.
This could not be happening to me I am about to not only disappoint myself but I am about to fail day three of bootcamp (that’s my problem always starting something and not finishing it), so I told myself I can do this and I will do this so I but on my gym shoes and grabbed my towel and water and walked to the gym in the rain. I am so proud of myself not only did I push myself to go to the gym in the rain but I walked in the rain instead of driving. I really feel that I have the motivation and mindset to complete this weight loss problem that I have been dealing with for years.
