My constant struggle

I have come so far and learned so much since joining SP. The one major area I am still having trouble with is my eating. I am a constant eater and I don't always make the best choices. I eat when I am stressed, tired, have a change in emotions, every time I am with friends. Everything seems to revolve around food. I am fortunate that even with my horrible eating I have still managed to lose around a pound a week. I do work out for about and hour and a half five days a week though. I just wonder, If I could manage my eating better, where would I be? But on the flip side, if I am not eating the foods I enjoy, will I be unhappy and more likely to quit everything? I just enjoy food so much. I guess this will be something I will always struggle with.
