Folate Rich Foods
Foods that are naturally good sources of folate include many beans and vegetables and some fruits:

•Black-eyed peas
•Kidney beans
•Great Northern beans
•Iceberg lettuce
•Lima beans
•Sunflower seeds
•Brussels sprouts
•Baked beans
•Green peas
•Baked potato
•Romaine lettuce
•Tomato Juice
•Orange juice
Just added this because I am always low on folate according to my nutrition tracker.
