DAY 2 BOOT CAMP: No Need for a Nap :-)

WHEW!!! I've really worked up a good sweat here, and just in 10 minutes; and that's includes a warm-up and cool-down stretch.

This morning I did water aerobics for cardio, did a little grocery shopping, had lunch and felt the old afternoon lul hit me. I wanted to take a nap so bad I could hardly keep my eyes opened. But I had told myself earlier that I would do the Boot Camp workout a little after I ate lunch. I knew if I went to sleep I wouldn't wake up until it was time to pick up my grandson for his Taekwon Do class at 4 (it's 3 now).

So, making that move to be committed and true to my word, I put on some "inspiritational music" - and wouldn't you know it? I woke up!!! I loaded the Boot Camp UTube Video and got busy. My legs may be a little wobbly because that was the focus for today's workout. But this is just what the doctor ordered: Build up the muscles in these thighs and hips (much needed after the hip replacements).

I am so optimistic about the results I will be getting from this Boot Camp. Already my mind and body's work is uplifting my spirits. I feel so refreshed and without a NAP emoticon

    Good for you! You may be in a bikini by the end. You are a machine when it comes to exercising. LOL You put me to shame. But I do what I can and get my heartbeat up and moving.
