Day one

I am feeling good! Today is the start of a new week. A better week! A pound losing week! I woke up late and forgot to take my measurements. But that is ok, I am actually going to go home tonight from work and take "before" pictures and do my measurements as well.

So far so good today, I had a decent breakfast and lunch was pretty good. There is a bowl of chocolate that sits on my desk for the clients and it is really hard to just sit here and not eat ANY! The other women in the office bring it in and fill it up so I think it is there cleaver little ploy to help me pack on a few, little do they know that I do have a little bit of control, not much but a little, LOL.

My weekend consisted of monsters (lo-carb) coffee and not very good for you food. Unfortunatly when you are having a yard sale nothing that "good" for you gets put into your body. I knew today that I was going to buckle down and get back on track. And I have!!!

I will post my pics and measurements tonight when I get home from work emoticon
