Just started C25K & Boot camp

Wow, What a start to May. I have officially started my first Sparkpeople Boot camp. So far I am in better shape than I thought. The hard part is trying not to trip over my feet. emoticon I am looking forward to the next 29 days. I have made note of my starting weight and measurements, hoping this can get me over the plateau I have hit.

Also to day is emoticon of my C25K program. I have set some goals for myself to be able to run the full 5K by the end of Summer. Some of the people I have talked to are like "it is only 3.1 miles" but when I ask if they have ever done it their response is "No". So I am so encouraged to read about how others have gone on and participated in their first 5Ks and beyond.
