I stopped logging. Completely. After Thursday, I was done. I was determined to eat anything I wanted this week. I was sick of being the girl who counted calories and couldn't eat that.

I just paid up. I logged so that I'd see the damage. Back up to my tricky plateau weight of 128.4. Great. All the work undone.

I'm getting back on track today.

You know my strategy-- water first then cardio. I don't know that I'll work out today, but I'll log my calorie intake and drink lots of water.

The worst part-- I'm not even THAT upset about my gain. I'm afraid I'm not bothered enough to get back on track.

Just keep reminding yourself that each day is a new day and a new opportunity to make positive choices!

What is your ultimate goal? Where do you want to see yourself when you reach that goal? I started a collage of "ideal" body parts that I ever so conveniently placed by my computer. When I sit for too long, I see that and it makes me think of what I need to do to get those kinds of parts.

It's funny we're both in the same space about counting calories. It's getting really annoying to me these days. Let's get back on track with food together starting today. We can do this! We've worked too hard to give it up. (Even for ice cream and cereal). emoticon
