Progress is positive!

On Monday morning, I damaged my big toe on my parkay floor (some pieces of wood lifted up, and I bashed my toe), which made exercise harder than usual this week. Despite that, I managed to lose weight - 2 lbs! I don't expect the results to always be that positive, but it is an encouraging start.

    You know, I smashed my toe on a bench the very first day I went to work out at the gym. There must be something about toes and starting a fitness programme! :)

    Luckily, the toe is much improved now! But let me tell you, my sister and I are house-hunting, and when I see a house with parquet, I am immediately less interested...
