Okay, here I am believing I was at status quo for weigh in this week (as the scal e said I did not loose anthying) and felt I messed up in eating on Saturday and guess what I jumped on the scale on Sunday AM, and I am down 2 lbs......Go figure....Is that possible? emoticon
