The Month Of May! Swimsuit Challenge!

Today was the first day of the "Sweat suit To Swimsuit Boot camp Challenge!"
Today consisted of a 10 minute cardio kickboxing workout. I repeated this 3 times,
which now was 30 minutes I did. It definitely was a great workout.
My goal will be to complete the daily workouts and extra challenges given by Coach Nicole.
I will also still commit to my other challenges, which will include, walking 10,000 steps, for 4 days at least, or who knows, maybe more! I also will do some of my step-ups, this will be what ever I feel like doing. Core workouts, which I know will be done with the swimsuit challenge, also jacks, planks & push-ups will be, so these are covered /W/ the swimsuit challenge, I can guarantee they will be.
The last , but not least, my bike riding or spinning, I will do either one or the other. Knowing me, I will alternate riding outdoors & spinning. I enjoy spinning when I watch my program on TV, the repeats of "Desperate Housewives".
Well I guess for the month of May, I'm going to be one busy lady! I love it that way! It keeps me out of trouble! Ha!
