Boot Camp Day 1

My Goals for this Challange is:

I have a bathing suit I bought that is still small and I would like to tone down that I can be able to wear it comfortably. I know I am not going loose all the way down to my goal weight, but I do know I will be healthier, and more tone and fit. Have more energy, and be accountable with my Team Mates. These are my goals for this month, and I want to continue on with it even after the Challange is over.
I appreciate this challange, for it broke the routine I was in, and made my weightloss goal a challange and exciting again. I know I have a lot of weight to lose but like I have always said "I need to keep plugging along, taking it one day at a time!" So sooner or later I will finally reach my goal, but today I am happy to take on the challanges making the progress I need to so that I will change my way of thinking and doing things that in the past were harmful.
And one more thing for a goal, I want to go to Wild Waves for July 4th and ride the "Rampage" again. So I want to be more fit to run up those stairs several times over.
