Day 46

Had a great workout yesterday. A friend and I spent about and hour and a half doing cadio and weights. The times seemed to fly by. I'm sore and tired today! I like it!

Still trying the egg white -- made an omelet today. I'm learning to like them -- slowly. I do like them scrambled with different ingredients and then rolled in a tortilla. I'm trying to find quick breakfastes and lunches that are filling and clean. When you only have 30 minutes for lunch that is not easy. Breakfast is rushed around here also, we leave the house at 6:30. That means we are usually getting out of bed between 5:30 and 5:45. It doesn't leave a lot of wiggle room. I simply can't get up any earlier -- I'm dead to the world if I do -- I NEED MY SLEEP! :)
