Day 1 of Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Boot Camp - MORE!!!

Since joining SparkPeople on March 28, 2009 I have lost 9 lbs.
Tracking my nutrition and fitness program, moving through my diet stages, learning new habits, checking in daily, participating in team discussions, reading articles, and reading/responding to numerous blogs have all prepared me for what I feel is a major step, Coach Nicole's Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Boot Camp.
Am I ready? YES!!!
Am I nervous about completing the camp? YES!!!
Am I determined to follow the plan to completion? YES!!!

Yes. Why do a Boot Camp? I've read the comments of those who have had amazing results. My goal is not to fit into a bikini when this is over, but to be stronger and have more stamina to go to the next level in my fitness program. I've been working on my upper body to get to the place where I can do a modified plank. Hopefully, by the time this Boot Camp ends I'll be able to do it for 60 seconds. Currently I can barely make it to 30 seconds.
Along the way I think I'll be challenged to set and meet other goals. I want to accept these challenges and become a more committed athlete.
OKAY!!! I just finished the most intense 10-minute workout I've ever done, and I lowered the intensity on the jumping jacks and tri-level kicks.
Do I want more? YES!!!
