Skipped weighing in last week. Down 2 lbs this week though!!!!! Still going in the right direction. I just signed up for the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit 4 week challenge. I hope this will give me the push I need for another 10 pounds this month.
I'm at 223 as of May 2 morning. Measurements are waist 44", hips 53.5". I'm walking 2-3 days a week, 2 miles each time. It feels great, and I can forget about everything else for a while and focus on me and how beautiful it is outside. I'm going to kick this up to 3-4 times a week this month and maybe up to 3 miles by the end of the month. We go to Hawaii in June, and I'd love to HAVE to buy a new swimsuit 'cos the old one doesn't fit anymore! We are already discussing taking in my jeans because they are starting to sit on my hips, very low. Not quite ready to buy new ones yet, especially if I'm going to keep losing weight.
