So I was doing REALLY good. I lost 10 lbs and I was feeling great. But somewhere along the way I fell off the wagon :( The worst part, is that it wasn't just one thing, it was a few things all happening at the same time. I felt like I was trying to hold a pile of sand and it was falling through my fingers.

As I mentioned when I started, I had just retruned to school after a 2 year hiatus. The first couple of weeks were great. But then the workload got heavier, and time got more limited. To add to this, I ran out of food, and then money got tight, so we didn't buy any for a few weeks. Then, becuase I wasn't eating properly again, I began to feel tired and sluggish. This all lead to me gaining back all the weight I had lost plus 5 pounds. :(

I'm so disappointed in myself.

BUT I went grocery shopping last week and began to eat healthy again. I have since lost 5 pounds, so I am back to 210 (the weight I started at in January).

My school schedule is a bit better this semester, so I'm hoping I can find a suitable schedule for going to the gym.

I need to stop hoping and start doing. A good friend said 3 wise words to me the other day (albeit in a different context, but still): JUST DO IT.
