Time to begin my story

Saturday, May 02, 2009

I really began my story in March when I found out I had sugar diabetes. I have since lost 21 lbs and because of the motivation of reading Missbearyloves spark page I realize it is time to begin my story so that hopefully some day this page can be an inspiration to others who are becoming new creations in Christ Jesus. I will post a new updated picture as soon as I am able to get one taken. My biggest struggel is fighting depression when I can't keep my sugar down where I think it should be. I am working on that.

Debbie, thanks for sharing your story with us. I'm really proud of you, for losing all that weight! Wow! Keep up the good work. I'm glad you are blogging, so I can get to know you better. I too struggle with depression, especially when I'm not spending consistent daily time in prayer with our Lord Jesus.

    Debbie,

Enjoyed reading your blogs and look forward to seeing your new pictures as your granddaughter grows and you shrink. I am so glad that you came back to the thread that you originally started - long ago on BL and then on SP. I will be forever grateful for the friends I have made here.

    Love Ya,

Hi and emoticon . I found out I was diabetic when I was in the hospital for my lungs. I have severe COPD and I finally got on the lung transplant list. I, too, go through short time of depression. Don't be too hard on yourself. A lot of things factor in how blood sugar spikes. You will find a very supportive and informative group. Looking forward to your next blog.
    Once again emoticon .
