So I fell off the wagon... BIG TIME. I gained 3 pounds over the last 2 weeks. So today I got back on the horse so to speak. I have decided it is time to WRITE down everything I eat and I am hoping that will help with the weight loss goal. At the end of the day today I was within my dietary limits set for me on my nutrition page and I am really happy. I went to the chiro and got my hips adjusted so it is back to the treadmill and the wii fit for my workouts. I did a small workout earlier today but I am off here in a minute to get in my 15 minutes of aerobic activiity that I have left to compete.
