Starting over

So I fell off the wagon... BIG TIME. I gained 3 pounds over the last 2 weeks. So today I got back on the horse so to speak. I have decided it is time to WRITE down everything I eat and I am hoping that will help with the weight loss goal. At the end of the day today I was within my dietary limits set for me on my nutrition page and I am really happy. I went to the chiro and got my hips adjusted so it is back to the treadmill and the wii fit for my workouts. I did a small workout earlier today but I am off here in a minute to get in my 15 minutes of aerobic activiity that I have left to compete.

    You can get back on the wagon. I was more off the wagon than you, I think that I threw it off a steep cliff and then jumped on it.

    Just keep thinking about why you are doing this and know that time flies so fast, that if we just keep on our programs, we will be there before we even realize it.
