It has been a while

Since I last blogged and figured I better get back to it. I have been doing ok that past most but am ready to kick it up a notch in May. I ordered 3 new exercise dvd's, all Biggest Loser ones. One is yoga, one is a fat blasting cardio, and the last one is trouble zones. I plan on doing the yoga 4 -5 times a week (which is what is recommended on the dvd), fat blasting maybe 3 times a week and the last one 3 times a week.
My plan is to get in 1000 cardio minutes for the month of May, which is a little over 30 minutes a day. I am also going to start working out in the mornings.
My goal is to lose 10 pounds during the month of May which would put me at 135 lbs. Wish me luck!
