What I like most about tracking my food is when I am finished for the day, I get my report. I can hardly wait to see what my report will tell me, what I did well on or what I didn't do so well. It has really made me pay special attention to what I eat for every meal.
The Tracker Report advises me when I need to add healthy foods that I am short on for the day. I thought I understood my diet really well. I was more concerned about counting calories, not really concerned about how much/little was healthy for me. But now I am doing lots better since tracking. I print my report out most of the time so I will have a guide to healthier eating.
For a few months I couldn't understand how to track properly. I did the short cut version. I kept trying to track and now I am successful in knowing what I really need to know to lose weight and stay healthy.
I would like to suggest if you do not use the Tracker, please do. If you do not know how, please ask your leaders. I am sure that they would be more than glad that you asked. You will be giving yourself a very wonderful gift.
