Still Hungry

I am glad to see that some of you are losing weight. It seems that food is trying to consume my mind. Especially salty snacks! I'm working on it though! I need to go to the store and get more fruits and veggies!! I do like green peppers and tomatoes! I cut up some last week and they were tasty!

    I constantly crave candy and snacks....as a Christian I just keep asking God to help me through the cravings. AND, you're right, having healthy alternatives in the house is a great idea. Mmmmm....honey dew melon, strawberries....PEACHES!!!!

    You can do it! Take your time, I still like potato chips and need to get out of the habit of eatting them. It's really hard when they're always within reach. emoticon

    I ususally do really good on getting at least 8 c of water but most of the time it is in the 10-12 range. This past weekend I had my 3 grands. The 1 month old had a tummy ache the whole time and I was lucky to get in 8 c. The last couple days I have been sooo hungry. Now that my water intake is back in the higher range I haven't been as hungry. Hopefully the scale will be kind to me. Good luck on your journey!

    What about baby carrots? I love to munch on those! Rice cakes are really low cal and great fillers to add to a meal or snack to make it complete. Have a great night!
