WEIGHT LOSS ZOMG

Haha! I know it's only been 6 days, but I am happy to announce that, since last Thursday, I have lost 5lbs!

The 400lbs was the weight I knew I had reached... oooh. The week before? Then I weighed myself last Thursday, and I was already down 3lbs to 397lbs, now I'm 392lbs!

For the first week, I'm thrilled with that.

Not sure what next week is going to hold for me, because I had a really bad day at work yesterday, and didn't get to eat for 9 hours (my work hours are craaaaazy but I love my job, and I've gotten used to it long ago) so I kind of went... a wee bit mad last night.

Fajitas, sour cream, guacamole, a bag of Doritos and some chocolate? The whole lot probably had more calories than my whole day's allowance. Shocking stuff.

But today is a new day! And it started with taking my supplements, watching a wee bit of TV (a New Zealand TV Special called Fat Man Slim) and then some yoga!

Good start, methinks.

However, for the rest of the day for me, it's plenty of water, a good book, and going to bed early tonight. HAHAHA.

    Top tip...track those slip ups, you'll acknowledge your going off the rails quicker. So they are much less likely to turn into diet fails.

    Whenever I have some success, I easily sabotage myself by telling myself 'ok now I can eat whatever'... What a lie. Hang in there! Stay on the narrow path! Way to go!
