Well today was the first day of Stage Three and can I just say that Workout A kicked my butt by the end. Here is the breakdown:
One arm dumbbell snatch 3x6 15lbs
Dumbbell single leg Romanian DL 3x6 20lbs.
Barbell Bent Over Row 3x6 (Oly, Oly+5, Oly+10)
Dumbbell Single Arm Overhead Squat 3x6 10/20 lbs
Dumbbell Incline Bench Press 3x6 (20lbs, 25lbs(x2))
Reverse Wood Chop 3x6 15,15,17.5lbs
BWM 3:26 (Forgot to rest between sets and thought I was gonna die).
