So I am so proud of may not seem like a lot to most but I have mentally prepared myself for the start of a new weight loss journey. I am just hoping that the mental state can stay with me until the journey is complete...with out me loosing motivation and drive. I have currently been logging onto SparkPeople on a regular basis, which has help motivate my mind state...Thanks to my SparkPeople friends, associates, buddies, team, and etc. I have navigating this site and using it to help aid in my motivation and if I can keep this up I think this journey will be successful...not to say I did the same thing when I first joined and lost motivation once other things in my life intervened;. (yea there goes those excuses again) maybe I was just being lazy...yes that is what it was.

So in the process of revamping I have joined in on some team challenges, made some personal challenges, working on the journal entries on sparkpeople and personally (haven't got it down pack yet) eating a little healthier (trying to eliminate the cheat day or days), more exercise during the day along with an extensive workout in the evening (need to do this more than 3 day but 3 days is good for a start again that is), and providing my mental state with self motivation and encouragement.

So let the revamping begin...and continue until I am at the step in life where all I am worried about is maintaining...

It is a lot to mentally prepare yourself for, it's a huge life change. I've found Sparkpeople to be a great motivator, it keeps me coming back to a healthier lifestyle, even when I've usually quit by now, especially after bad weeks. Send me a spark-mail whenever you need motivation, that's what buddies are for!
