I am really feeling great. I am down 42 pounds and feeling it in so many positive ways. I can do so much more without becoming uncomfortable. I did a lot of gardening last weekend. I am making a raised veggie garden and the first year is the hardest. It is really something else to dig up the sod, remove the rocks, turn the soil, mixing in planting soil and compost, leveling the soil and transplanting the plants. A year ago I couldn't have done this. Oh heck, 6 months ago I couldn't have done this. And it is wonderful to wear my HR monitor and see that I maintain the 65% to 85% HR the whole time. I accomplish multiple things at one time...I get to finally develop a veggie garden, work out and improve me health all at the same time.
