So got in my lifting last night and it was the last workout for Stage 2. Stage 3 starts on Wednesday morning. This morning I was running late but got in a 20 minute interval workout on the elliptical. Used resistence from 2-5 on the four climbs. Got in lime water and juiced (spinach, parsley, green pepper, celery, cucumberand carrot). Hard boiled eggs for breakfast.
