busy, busy day. took a long walk this morning before it got hot, washed both cars. Trimed around my flower beds. Went to the grocery and did not get junk food. I'm trying hard to watch what I eat and how much. I'm checking into a new treadmill since mine kicked the bucket.

    I've been told to check the classified and thrift stores when looking for a treadmill.

    I would add Craig's List but for all the negative publicity lately. My niece swears by it and got a really good treadmill for $250

    Congratulations on not getting junk food I know how hard it is. At least you have one thing working for you, that you don’t have kids at home making you buy bad food!
