Hi, I'm back to Sparkpeople after a couple of months away. I haven't been dieting properly and had just been maintaining my weightloss. It is time to get myself back to work and get those pounds off. I started back with my broccoli last night, it seems to fill me up and help take of the pounds. I know I need to eat more than just broccoli, but that's all I wanted. I lost 38 pounds so far, in the past 9 months, but for me that is just the beginning. Being able to maintain that loss has been a blessing.

I know I need to get back to work because I've been slipping up and eating things that aren't good for me. Last week I went on a chocolate kick. Amazingly I still lost weight, but I expect to gain this week, if I don't watch what I eat closely.

I got news my son might be home sooner than expected and I would like to lose another 30 pounds before then. I know that it is pushing it, but 3 months is a long time.

    thats 10 pounds a month and yes it is a lot but you can do it! just kick it in high gear!!! Exercise every day, even if its just a little, cut out the junk and eat veggies and lean protiens and complex carbs! you can do this! :)
