MARATHON TRAINING

When I was in high school I was on the track team for a while and I really liked it. I remember how good I used to feel when I was doing the work to train for an event. Sometimes it was hard and didn't seem possible but I have never really been able to quit once I set my mind to something. So here is my statement (writing it down or typing it in this case makes it harder to lie to myself about). I am going to train for the Maui marathon next year (2010). I am going to start my training now because I am so out of shape. I also need to start saving now to be able to pay for this trip. Now I can't deny that I ever said this or that this is what I want. Now I will get out there and get moving. I've got a lot of work to do.
