Keeping it up

I am doing well on my diet so far. I have been staying in my calorie range and I am still lossing weight.
I am not exercising though. I am staying so tired all the time. When I start working out I just crash. Last time I tired working out all I was doing was walking at a moderate pass 15-20 min in the morning and 15-20 min during lunch at work. I crashed. I was only able to keep it up for four days.
