Not doing too bad. Protein is up today. It's still my biggest struggle. I could eat bread all day, but protein is hard to get. I was on the treadmill for an hour yesterday. That felt good. I am still trying to get over the "crud". I feel a lot better than I did, but I still have some chest congestion and it is bugging me big time. My weight has maintained the last few weeks, probably because I haven't been able to workout like I was. Slowly trying to build back up. Anyways -- that's the update for now.

    Have you tried Whey Protein powder? I get it in Vanilla , so I can change the flavor by adding stuff to it when I want to.

    If I drink it for Breakfast, I put it in orange juice instead of milk and have a piece a toast with it. You can stir it into your oatmeal for added protein. I do that sometimes. When I am in the mood for Chocolate. I add it to the protein powder. You can buy it in Chocolate but then you are more limited in your use of it. These Protein powders pack a lot of protein. emoticon
