Good day for excersizing, but not so good with food. I got this huge craving for toast and cheez whiz, then my dad brought home sugar donuts from a bakery. But I did do 30 minutes of strength training, which I am beginning to love! and 60 minutes of cardio. I went on the tredmil for the first time in months, and it was painful, but I might be able to keep going with it, I think.
lets hope tomorow is just as good, or better!!!
