So, I have a new theory about why my knees hurt so bad while I am working out. They have never hurt before and now the problem is extending to my chins and arches. It is so frustrating to not be able to go as fast as I know I can becuase my knees hurt.
The only difference from the other times is that I have different shoes. Before I had good (worn out but good) brand cross trainers. I don't remember the brand but I know it was better than the brand on the shoes I have now. I bought these new, okay my mom bought these new ones a couple of months ago (maybe a year ago, I don't remember) but they are just not serving their purpose. I know it is a splurge, but protecting my knees is very important. So, I have decided to buy new exercise shoes, possibly running shoes (O.O never thought I'd have those). I cant wait!
