Bad bad bad.

That should sum up the months of me not being here. I did at one point manage to get down to 225, but now I'm back up towards 240 again. How the hell did that happen? Oh....I know. I lost my motivation and found snacks again. Even if they are marked lowfat it doesn't help if you eat 2 or 3 of them at one time.

So I need to get back. Back to posting every day again. Keeping track of what I am doing again. Starting tomorrow. Yes....really. One more day of crappy eating & diet soda then I'm back.

I would have started today, but I want an accurate weight before starting again. Once I have that weight I will set myself a goal. Ideally I'd like to get to 200 by August, but I don't see that happening
