New Biggest Loser Challenge 10 Starting Today Wed. April 22, 2009

Well today was is the first day of the new Biggest Loser Challenge 10! I'm excited to get started with it. I've committed to losing 20 Lbs. in this 12 Week Challenge. I plan on eating more nutritiously and planning my meals each day to eat more heathfully! With Summer coming soon I plan on getting in more excercise and going for a walk every day for 30-60 Minutes and using my walking sticks. I really have my work cut out for me, too. Looking forward to making this a great challenge!
