I passed!!!! Halleluyah!

I finally passed the Air Force PT test!!! I am so excited, and thank you for all of your support Spark Friends!!! I am still on a mission though. The commander wants me to be retested in 3 months, so I want to lose another 2 inches off my waist. I hate that my belly is still rounded after having the baby. BAD GENES anyone? I am planning to try and increase my cardio time and eat A LOT better in order to do this. I don't want to be one of "those people" who know what they need to do to get better and just won't do it. My new motto is "Ain't nothin' to it but to do it." I gained 2 lbs last week because I did not work out at all, and I got off my regular eating habits. I needed to rest my leg because my quads were feeling very tight and painful! Now I am back on the horse, and ready to ride. I have a beach vacation coming up in July, and I want to look hot a the beach for once in my life! Back to the drawing boards.
