My biggest fitness accomplishment!

Before I went on this journey of getting rid of this excess weight, I could not walk very far without getting winded. I am now able to routinely walk at least 2 miles and do at least 10 flights of stairs without feeling like I am going to die! It was embarrassing to be out with friends and to not be able to keep up, or have them slow down for me. I know walk all over the place. Mostly it is mall walking, as I started during cold weather, and needed a warm place to start. I have lost about 50lbs so far, and I am doing it slow so that it stays off for good. I like Spark People for being there to encourage us and challenge us as well! THANK YOU!
