Ok, so 3rd time's a charm, right?

Big news; joined the gym! Got a great deal & have actually been 3 times; going again tonight. Since my podiatrist said I can't walk more often than every other day, I've been going on alternate days to ride a statinary bike for cardio, and using a few of the machines for weight training. Have lost 8 pounds in 4 weeks from the all-time high of 170.8, so I guess I'm on the right track so far.....
