tricked myself!!!

kids didn't want to get in bed and time was running out before dancing started. It's the only show I really let myself watch on a regular basis. Normally I would have said "Oh well - no time to exercise" or I would have denied myself the pleasure of watching dancing while I made myself exercise. This time, with 15 minutes to go, I brought up Coach Nicole's 10-minute bootcamp and completed 10 minutes of exercise. Better than nothing and that makes a third day of my sparkstreak of exercising 10 minutes or more each day!!! Three days is a very, very big deal for me!!!
