Up hill roller coaster

Today was my weight in day and I went up 3.5 pounds to 163.5. My neck is still the same at 13.5, waist is still 36 and hips changed from 41 to 40, so at least there is a little progress from all my hard work last week. I know I did eat more than my calories on some days but on those days I did 2+ hours of workout and was hungry. I guess even though you burn more calories you still can not eat out of your calorie range. I have to remember to just be hungry. How depressing is that? Ugh! I hope to see some more success next Monday.
