Need to get on track

Monday, April 20, 2009

I fell off the wagon, so far off the wagon I don't know where it is.

I had severe anxiety over some appointments, activites last week and I didn't eat healthy or exercise.

I want to feel that wonderful feeling, when you wake up knowing you had a great day before and hopeful for one again.

I agree with CBUFFY! Baby steps is the key. I hope you having a much better week. It is a great feeling when we have great days. Every time we fall off the wagon, we grow and learn from that experience. I've learned so much and I'm growing with each bump I have in this journey!

Baby steps! (or crawls) The wagon is right there where you left it. Waiting patiently for you to climb back on.

You CAN do it. We are all with you!!!!!!!!

You'll find the wagon again. It's hard to cope with stress, even though we all KNOW in our heads that eating poorly and not exercising are not the best strategies. I'd bet my last dollar that every person in this group (if not every user of SP) has had their "I can't find the wagon" moment(s). I know I have! Regroup, refocus, take a deep breath, and BELIEVE that you will get things back in control and that you will get back that feeling of having had a great day. You can DO THIS!!! emoticon
