MOTIVATED TO KEEP GOING

I have not lost any weight this week. Neither have I gained any and that is a very good thing. I've done the work, following my nutrition plan, and exercising. I've even added cardio and strength training exercises this week. I feel really good about what I'm doing and am inspired to keep doing what I'm doing. I've read great articles and have received wonderful support from team members. So, I must say I'm a little amazed that I'm not bummed out at not reaching my 2 lbs a week goal. I'm in it for the long haul and my primary goal is to change the way I eat and be more physically fit. I've been doing that this past week and couldn't be more happy.
