I have not lost any weight this week. Neither have I gained any and that is a very good thing. I've done the work, following my nutrition plan, and exercising. I've even added cardio and strength training exercises this week. I feel really good about what I'm doing and am inspired to keep doing what I'm doing. I've read great articles and have received wonderful support from team members. So, I must say I'm a little amazed that I'm not bummed out at not reaching my 2 lbs a week goal. I'm in it for the long haul and my primary goal is to change the way I eat and be more physically fit. I've been doing that this past week and couldn't be more happy.

    Great attitude. There are weeks I have lost nothing. But if you keep going it will drop off. Stay focused on being healthy - the scale is only a number. Focus on the quality of your calories and fitness you couldn't do before.

    You certainly have a good attitude! You are right though, you are doing everything you need to and all of the sudden the weight will be gone. Keep going the way you are and you will make it! emoticon
