I just moved to a new place and I told myself that after this happened I would change my whole lifestyle. Not only to lose weight, to watch my weight, and exercise program (start one). I also needed to start a new Recovery lifestyle. I am still working on my sobriety lifestyle. Making sure I stay clean, and sober. I am pretty sure that I have lost some weight while I was doing all this moving and packing and worrying. I done now, and it's time to step up to the plate and do what Iv'e said. I have been eating healthier, and I don't eat fast food anymore. I only drink diet sodas, water, crystal lights or juices (low-cal)of course. But, I have a ways to go, and summers almost here, I want to wear shorts and not look like sausage legs, or hotdog legs. You know what I mean??? I just need some motivation help and some support. I have been getting all kinds of support for my drug use and Recovery, for my medical problems, and I was going to try and quit smoking. But, I am afraid that I will start gaining weight, so I haven't tried yet?? I will let everyone know later what happens to me and my new lifestyle, if it changed or stayed the same, or what!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
