I weighed myself for the first time today in over a year (and my 5th day into low-carbs). Surprisingly, I didn't have a mental breakdown and cry!! It's 2 pounds under what I thought I would be, and shockingly only about 15 pounds over what I was last time I weighed in. Obviously that's not good, but it's better than what I thought it would be and now I'm not terrified of the scale!

Now I vow not to get back on that scale until next Saturday or later!
