Downsizing My Thighs!!

OH...This is my goal for May! As of 4/19/09 (next Sunday..I need to recover a bit more ahah), I'm starting this new program 3-4x a week!! Thunder thighs, waive bye bye!! Woohoo!! xo♥

This "program" is merely 5 moves:
- Squats with over-the-shoulder weights (OTSW), feet hip-width apart
- Wide Squats with OTSW
- Calf Raises on step (perform slowly)
- Bent-leg Ball Bridges
- Inner-thigh Raises

Here is a link of the 5 exercises I'll be doing to firm up. Explanations and pics included:

    Although I haven't been consistent with these or with my overall ST, I HAVE seen *huge* changes in my thighs..I lost 2 inches off my thighs!(1 from each) Now, imagine if I had kept at it fervently??...Woohoo!! I'm back on and on fire! :D

    I've been doing squats for the last 3 weeks and it was really helped reduce the size of my thighs.......But do u have any workout suggestions for butt lift exercise's?

    Of Course Ladies!! We are on! I recommend doing some form of cardio in betwen sets (like jumping jacks, jumping ropes, etc) and doing it as a circuit, BUT DO NOT rest in between sets for more than 1minute (2mns max). Let's do this ladies..we're gonna look Thigh-tastic in May!! Woohoo!! xo¢¾

    Try Pilate's!! His method strengthen, tones and leaves legs long and lean. It takes alot of practice to get the moves just right but I find that the results are more appealing than trying to firm legs with weights,..but I do agree if you do enough squats and lunges they work miracles on the legs too. However you get those legs how you like em' girl. Good job and hats off to switchin it up!!!! emoticon emoticon
