Downsizing My Thighs!!

OH...This is my goal for May! As of 4/19/09 (next Sunday..I need to recover a bit more ahah), I'm starting this new program 3-4x a week!! Thunder thighs, waive bye bye!! Woohoo!! xo♥
This "program" is merely 5 moves:
- Squats with over-the-shoulder weights (OTSW), feet hip-width apart
- Wide Squats with OTSW
- Calf Raises on step (perform slowly)
- Bent-leg Ball Bridges
- Inner-thigh Raises
