Ok..I feel the need to blog again. I went to the gym at lunch time and worked really hard on cardio. I love the elliptical and have managed to reach 45 minutes on it today. I updated my goals. Twice this week so far, I have challenged myself to go over 30 minutes. I made it to 40 minutes on Monday and 45 today emoticon. I will carry on. I am trying to gradually increase to 60 minutes 5 times a week. With hard work and determination, I hope to achieve this no later the beginning of July. I am going to stay committed and totally determined. My goal for the rest of this month is to say good bye to the 170's. 3 lbs. to go. I know that is not too much to ask of myself. emoticon
